How AI credits work.
Every AI feature is measured in credits, so one allowance covers the tutor, authoring, course generation and marking.
Seats reset weekly
Each AI seat is assigned to one person. A Standard seat gives 500 credits a week and a Pro seat 2,500. Unused credits do not roll over.
The shared pool resets monthly
Shared credits cover everyone without a seat, and AI marking. The pool refills at the start of each billing month, with no rollover.
Top-ups last 90 days
Running low? Add 5,000 shared credits at any time. Top-ups are used after your monthly pool and expire after 90 days.
Questions about plans.
Choose Starter or Professional at any time during the Pilot to keep going without a break. If the Pilot ends without a plan, the organization is paused and your content is kept, so you can pick up where you left off when you subscribe.
Admins, authors and custom roles are staff accounts. Your first owner is free; each additional owner counts as a staff account. Facilitators and assessors have their own, larger free allowance, and learners are always free.
Every plan includes unlimited learners. Starter is sized for about 1,000 active learners a month and Professional for about 5,000. If you are over that for two months in a row, we will get in touch about the plan that fits.
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, and the unused part of your current term is credited. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, and we show you what will change before you confirm.
Starter and Professional are paid by card, PayNow or other local methods. Annual orders of USD 3,000 or more can be paid by invoice. Enterprise is invoiced, with PO and bank transfer. Prices exclude tax.
Your first annual purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, as long as no more than 20% of the term’s shared credits have been used. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your term.
Yes. Schools, colleges, universities and registered non-profit organisations get 20% off annual plans once verified. Talk to sales to apply.
